I stood in the dark open space for a long pause. It took Felix some time to focus enough to understand what we saw before them.
“Felix, what is this?” I mumbled, my mind not connecting the dots my eyes were taking in.
The room was dark. No human could see a foot in front of them, but being a wolf with a strong beta bloodline meant I could see everything. However, it still confused me.
“It is a shrine." Felix offered, but even he felt unsure of how to proceed. It was woven with dark energy. The darkest that either man or beast had ever seen.
