Sebastian drove out of the compound with so much urgency and I’d wanted to pick up my phone so I could call and tell him about the stuff in the trunk of his car.
Smiling to myself, I thought it would be funny if he realized it wherever he was going to. I was going inside when my phone rang and my face lit up when I saw that it was Bella, my best friend after my sister, who already cheated on me with Enzo.
“Girl!” Bella’s cheery voice came from over the phone and I couldn’t help but laugh, “you completely forgot about me?” She asked.
Part of what she said was true, with everything going on I’d almost forgotten about her but I lied and told her that it wasn’t true.
