After the chants, Nolan reluctantly held out his blue sapphire watch to Mewdonis. She gulped but still seize the sapphire admiringly. George and Luna witness this in sympathy to Nolan. But there's something bothering Luna. What Mewdonis mentioned had her curiosity swayed, but she couldn't bring herself to ask just yet. At least not after witnessing how Nolan sacrifice his own magic stone for her. Hence, for once she pushed that dubiety of her deep inside the corner of her heart. For Nolan.

"The Amethyst holds the great power to even able to cease the awakening of The Sovereign's soul," Mewdonis explain while examining the blue sapphire under her special microscope. "The unleashed its power we'll need the master of the stone to goes through a self-realization state of mind and defeat the obstacles within."

"That's unusual, we've just only trained hard and the stone will light up when it felt the owner strength is up to its par," George questioned out of curiosity. "The Amethyst is no ordinary stone, it has a stronger potential, ranking as one of mythic magical stone. A stone that are able to conquers other ordinary stone." Mewdonis places the blue sapphire into a special tiny pouch and slipped it into the pouch she has on waist then continue explaining, "That's why the master has to conquer her own state of mind before unleashing the stone's full potential. If Luna is failed to overcome the obstacles she'll end up like the Sovereign!"

"So, how do we make sure she conquered the obstacles?" Nolan asks. "We can't, only Luna herself can decide." Mewdonis sigh in pitiful look. Three of them look sympathetically at Luna. Luna gave them an awkward smile and shrugged.

George walks over to Luna, gave her a hug, "Whatever happens, you'll always be my sweet Luna." Luna hugged back. She is reminded of Peter's death again, so she gave Mewdonis a determined gaze, "Where do we start?" Mewdonis is impressed by Luna's determination, she went over and places her arms around Luna's shoulder, "We'll go hiking tomorrow. As for now, we'll chill." She rubbed her face lovingly at Luna's. Nolan casually strolled in and pulled Mewdonis away from Luna, "We can take Luna out for a market tour tonight." Luna lighted up the moment Nolan mentioned it, seemingly eager to proceed on the suggestion made by Nolan.

"No, its risky. The velocious werecats are still out there somewhere," George disagree. "Well, we can all just have a makeover," Mewdonis speaks as she holds up her tools. Luna look pleadingly at her dad with puppy eyes. "Puppy never works with me, but your puppy eyes is my cursed!" George sigh giving her an approving nod. "Yes!" Luna leap with great joy.

After the makeover, they all went down town. "There's a market down there," Mewdonis said pulling on Luna's hand. Both the girls prance happily into the market in front of them. "Stay close!" George grunts while pulling on his long dress, "Why of all, do I have to wear like an expired barmaid?" then he gave Nolan a bitter eye-ing up and down, "And you're a handsome wine connoisseur! Why only your threat works on her?!" George reluctantly dragged on. Nolan snickers at George.

The girls are enjoying the hell out of their tour, George is contented watching how happy Luna is. The cathonions filled the streets of the market. Its getting even more crowded as they went deeper into the market. Foods, festival performance, magical stuff that wasn't found on earth was all very intriguing to Luna. "Make way for hot, Hot fishcake!" a baker pushing his trolley in hurry onto Luna's direction. Before she can react Nolan diligently pulled Luna out of the way.

Luna lose her footing slightly and bump onto Nolan's chest, but Nolan stand firm on his spot. Luna look up and saw Nolan looking back at her too. "You look adorable tonight," Nolan impetuously complimented Luna. She blushed a little, while Nolan look awkwardly to the side. Few moments later, George finally catch up with them dragging his dress, "Darn this dress, ugh!" Luna giggle at him,"But you look really pretty in them. Peter should've seen this, he'll like it." George and Luna exchange an understanding look, "Yeah, he would have."

"Girl, you've gotta have this!" Mewdonis push through the crowd heading to Luna. She holds up two almost identical keychain charm that has a tiny mole doll on it. Mewdonis, clipped one onto her waist belt and another one onto Luna's belt. Luna glace kindly at the charm, "Thank you!" Mewdonis wrapped her arms around Luna, "Anything for you, my girl." Nolan hissed at Mewdonis who continued hugging Luna.

Then, from the corner of her eyes, she saw someone familiar passed by. She looked to the left, the back of that guy seems familiar. Before she can make out who it is, the crowd drowned him. "It couldn't be, could it?" Luna muttered while gently putting Mewdonis arms off from her and Nolan noticed Luna's slightly puzzled reaction, "what, Luna?"

Luna's hunch tells her to follow that guy, so she dig anxiously into the crowd towards that guy's direction. Then there he is, standing at the end of the market. There's lesser Cathonions at this point. Luna speed up her pace trying to reach him, but someone came up beside him that made Luna stopped in her track. Luna is utterly stunned, that she watched that two fella walking farther down the path. She wanted to stop to them from going away but she felt powerless. She remembers how weak she was before.

"Luna," Nolan tap on her shoulder, Luna looked up at Nolan with tears building up in her eyes. George and Mewdonis gathered up to them. "It's Connor and..." Luna eyes slowly turned to a vexed look with tears drips down the corner of her eyes. "The man who killed Peter!" George's emotion is shaken, he grasp her shoulder anxiously, "Where is he?!" Luna pointed to the direction where they walked off to.

George instantly charged forward, but Luna hauled George's arms, "Don't, he overpowered Peter. He can easily defeat us." Nolan looked puzzled, "Impossible, I've killed him." Luna got emotional then yelled angrily, "Its him! I'll never forgets how he looked. NEVER!" George wraps his finger grudgingly into fist, "I've got to get him!" he sprinted over the direction. "Dad, NO!" Luna calls out desperately, all that happens to Peter came back to her. She does not want it happen to George too, so she pursue George in hurry. "Look after George," Nolan ordered Mewdonis, she nodded and they both went after Luna and George.

They came to an empty street and stop. "Come out, come out whoever you are!" George bawled around the empty streets. He clenched his metal gloves tightly, "You'll pay for what you did to PETER!" They looked around the empty street and nobody shows up. "Maybe they've gone far," Mewdonis carefully walks up to George.

A distal tapered dagger was thrown a George, "Lookout!" Mewdonis successfully pulled George away but got a cut from the dagger on her right arms. A hard, crispy guffaw laughs filled the air. A man came out from his shadow, and Connor followed behind him, "Luna!"

"Connor!" Luna called out trying to reached Connor, but Nolan pulled on her, Luna struggles angrily to get off from Nolan. "Your friend is encage by the magical cast on his neck," Nolan said to Luna, she noticed a colar on his neck. George rashly darted to that man with his metal glove ready to punch. But that man evaded the punch effortlessly, toppling George on the ground, hard. George wastes no time, he jumps back on his feet, sends simultaneous punches in that man's direction.

"You're strong, but reckless" that man speak mockingly, "Peter was at least a much worthy opponent." George clenched his jaw upon hearing that, tries even harder to try to hit him but all in vain. "Don't let him get to you!" Nolan warned. At that moment, that man sends a powerful swing of jab, it precisely hit hard on George. George was sent toppling a few feet back, that man waste no time by sending a strong smoke covered kick right at George. George jolted on his feet just in time, blocked that kick with both of his hands. "Argh!" George called out in pain. That kick is too powerful to be blocked that his metal gloves cracked and he was thrown off hitting onto a street light. George is hurt badly that he struggles to lift up his hands again. That man sneer at George while charging up his hand, "Velocious Detriemont!"

"Hands off, him!" Luna landed a kick on that man's hand, effectively maneuver his blasts away from George, but he grab onto her ankle swiftly. He hauled her up, swinging to the other side and smashed her onto the ground. Luna writhe in pain. "No!" Nolan charged at that man, able to cease him from reaching out to Luna. Soon, both of them were caught up in an intense fight with each other.

Mewdonis, ran up to Luna, lifted her over to George side. Connor ran over to them, but before he can reach them that man suddenly got an idea. That man evaded the fight with Nolan, spring towards Connor. He muttered a short chants. "Urk!" Connor knelt on the ground seemingly being squeezed out of his breath. "Stop or this boy never lives!" He demanded. Everyone froze.

"Hand me the Amethyst," that man demanded with a sneer. "Uh..." Connor let's out a fading breath, he's starting to turn pale. "Stop! I'll give it to you, just stop!" Luna yelled plucking off the Amethyst from her neck, she held it out.
