"Come with me," Mamosa lead them the Purrantheas embossed door. He brings them in, "Luna is not ready yet. Nolan, bring them away from Venus." Luna agitated by what Mamosa said, "I've got my power I can fight! You saw me back there!"

Mamosa shakes his head, "Fight you will, but not yet." Mamosa fumble on one of the drawer, took out an ancient grimoire. Handed it to Nolan, "This holds the secret to the ancient stones, keep it away from Venus." Nolan hesitantly took it, "Come with us." Mamosa shake his head, "At least I can hold them off enough time for you guys."

"I've got my power stone, I've fully regained my power. We can defeat him here and now." Nolan showed his Onyx stone. "I could sense something's different about him," Mamosa gripped on his stone. "So vile and powerful," Mamosa speaks with great worry.

"Powerful indeed, master." a hoarse voice speaks after a snicker. Mamosa glared at him, "Venus.." It seems Venus have already found them in the room.

He guffawed at when he eyed pointedly at the grimoire Nolan is holding, "The grimoire and Amethyst, together? Looks like Sovereign can be revived earlier than I thought."

"Over my dead body," Luna launched at Venus. "Luna, No!" Mamosa shouted. Luna's power is easily disintegrated by Venus' power, he effortless grasp on Luna's neck. Nolan, darted toward Venus, whack his arm and successfully release Luna from Venus's grasp. Venus went to grab Luna again, Nolan blocked him just in time. "You're wobbling, Moon, hehehe" Venus mocked him as he rammed his powerful thrust on Nolan. Nolan is an inch away from his Velocious powered hand.

"Moon?" Luna muttered. "Imperium Detriemont!" Mamosa chanted with great effort. A golden sphere erupted, popping Venus away from Nolan. "Amethyst Detriemont!" Luna launch her electric charged up punch, once again Venus evaded it. Venus lifted his leg and strikes down on Luna. It happens so fast Luna is unable to retaliate. Putting strong pressure in stepping on Luna, she is unable to move but groan in resisting his leg's pressure. It was obvious that Venus is stronger and faster and they were of no match.

"Luna!" Nolan yelled. "Hahaha! You can't hurt me with that half baked power of yours!" Venus laughs at them. Mewdonis sneaking up behind Venus, trying to launch one of her invented weapon. With his back still facing Mewdonis, he calmly said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you. It'll be a stepping stone of her way to hell." Mewdonis stopped in her track, pursed her lips, angered.

"See, this why you''re all failing. you hesitate hehe," Venus taunted them with a snicker. He bent over to Luna, "I never hesitate." His hand reached out to the Amethyst Pendant. "Imperium Detriemont!" a shield immediately formed around Luna. Shoving Venus away from Luna.

Agitated, Venus powered up, "Let's see if you could block this!" A gust of smoke surrounds them. "Stay close!" Mamosa calls out. All of them gathered around Mamosa. Then the shield encloses all of them inside blocking out the smoke. Whenever there's friction between the smoke and Mamosa's shield, it flickered tiny explosive sparks.

"Your shell may be legendary, but you know my velocious is stronger! You won't hold out for long," Venus send a powerful blast of velocious every now and then each stronger than the other. He guffawed at them while doing so. "Sovereign rules only for himself, re-awakening him won't make you supreme!" Mamosa call out.

"Tell me about it, after I got the grimoire!" Venus launched his blast excitedly. "It holds the secret to re-awakening him and manipulate Sovereign!" Another blast hits Mamosa's shield, it hits harder and stronger than the previous. "Along with Amethyst, the only stone that grants me the power to awaken Sovereign's soul, I will be SUPREME!"His evil laugh echoed in the air.

"Sealing the Sovereign is the only way to keep the world peaceful and safe! It'll bring chaos to both world if released!" Mamosa voice grief a little as he groan in shielding off Venus's consecutive attacks and smokes.. "Peace? Safe? Haha! Mundane world should never exist in the first place! As for Cathopia, I shall rule it after I destroyed mundane world!" Venus strike a strong blast of velocious, this time cracking the shield a little.

"Nolan," Mamosa continue to speak in undertone,"Quez Lef Feu, hand him the grimoire. He'll know what to do." Nolan nodded,"After we distract him and escape, I shall bring you to him." Mamosa speak cautiously,"If he gets both grimoire and Amethyst, its the end of it all." With that Mamosa directed his palm onto the floor pressurizing the ground with his power.

The strong compression of his power expelled the velocious smoke completely. An earth quake rumbles around them, everyone looses footing including Venus falls on their back. "There's time for everything and my time is now," Mamosa said to Nolan, then proceed to harness power in between his palm. Realizing that Mamosa have no intention of leaving with them, Nolan is reluctant. "Now, NOLAN!" Mamosa holler at Nolan, the ground shook violently. Venus struggles to stand on his feet.

Nolan conflicted upon Mamosa's decision but reluctantly grabbed Luna put her on his shoulder and yank Mewdonis. He started leaping away with them. Luna slam on Nolan's back,"What are you doing?!" Mewdonis understood Mamosa's decision so begin escaping with Nolan. Luna once again felt powerless as her vision of Mamosa is diminishing far away, "Put me down, we've got to go back!"

From afar, Luna witness Mamosa summoned his power with extreme effort, "IMPERIUM CATRIO!!" Mewdonis and Nolan notices that, hasten up their pace, leaping as fast as they could. The golden shield entrapped Venus inside, who was earlier trying to catch up with them. Luna roiled with great effort, but Nolan gripped her down tightly.

"I doubt that's gonna kill Venus, but it'll do a number on him," Mewdonis said anxiously. "Damn, how I wished I could know that old man more." Mewdonis speak sadly. Luna took a glimpse of Mewdonis, speechless. Nolan gave a last glimpse of Mamosa's direction, then strive to leap faster. His heart grieve but he does not want to fail Mamosa now.

The golden shield bulged up to a certain degree before gradually radiates string of light that wavers around it in frenzied manners. Then it blows up, gradually disintegrate into golden sparkles and dusts. A great waves of strong winds rippled more than several miles away. Even Nolan, Luna and Mewdonis who are already far enough, experienced its strong winds that almost blew them off their feet.

"What happened?" Luna muttered in disbelieve as she witness the whole thing. "That is the greatest power a mythic stone holder could summoned. At the cost of risking their life or more like exchanging it with their own life," Mewdonis answered dejected.

"Cowards! We could've have gone back, we can save him and everyone else's life at the monastery, but you choose to run away, cowards!" Luna scolded them. She consistently hits Nolan's back while still hanging off from his shoulder. Nolan stayed silent, steadily moves forward his path. Luna boiled with frustration, she tried to released herself, impulsively she called out, "Amethyst Det--!!"

Mewdonis, grabbed on her hands, "Stop!" This time, Mewdonis sternly stared into Luna's eye, "We shouldn't be fighting each other now." She cupped Luna's face in both her hands. Luna gave a resentful whimpers,"I felt powerless, just like when I lost Peter." Mewdonis gently speak to Luna, "Mamosa did what he did for us to complete our quest. Don't fail him."

"We may not be strong enough yet, but we will defeat him." Mewdonis wipe Luna's tears away. Nolan remained silent, tenderly let down Luna on her feet. "Mamosa is the wisest among all the catgrates. He knows what he's doing. He know's Venus is too strong for us now." Mewdonis continue solemnly then turned to Nolan, "What now?" Nolan with his eyes staring into distant, "We'll go to Mr. Quez just like we planned to." He heaved heavily with a faint sniff then he continue walking forward.

Mewdonis saw Nolan, then said to Luna, "I've never like him. But trust me when I said this, it wasn't easy for Nolan too. Mamosa was like a great teacher, or perhaps a father that Nolan wished he had." Hearing that, Luna realized that Nolan grieve about it in silent. He's just putting an upfront to hide it.

Cough! cough! Mewdonis coughed and staggered on her feet. Luna caught her before she falter to the ground fainted. "Nolan, What's wrong with her?" Luna called out to Nolan flustered by Mewdonis' sudden fainting. Nolan rushed over, checking her pulses. Then he continues to examine around her, when he came to halt at her right arms. He hover his hand over before retracting it in haste. Nolan took a tiny dagger and ripped her right sleeve open. It revealed a dark smoke escaping from a deep cut on her right arm. "We've got to go back quick, maybe something from her lair can help," Nolan carried Mewdonis and starting running off with Luna.

They hastily took a ride back while hiding Mewdonis' condition from prying eyes. It could attract unwanted troubles and attention. Then they sneak carefully back to Mewdonis lair.

George now fully recovered rushed up to them with Connor, "What happened?" George ask while helping them to carefully place Mewdonis on the bed. "Usually she's the one attending to our wounds but now she's the wounded ones," Luna is extremely troubled by Mewdonis condition. They saw her right arm are infected badly by the velocious. George gasp, "I remembered, she was cut when she tried to saved me that night!"

Everyone remembered the night at the night market. "This is bad, she did told me herself never touch anything with velocious imprinted on," Luna let out a worrying whimpered. "Who's gonna be her doctor now?" George looked at Mewdonis with his downcast eyes.
