The next day, Luna meet Nolan after school at his home. Nolan handed the Amethyst Pendant,"Mr Quez say this is the key to you finding your power."

"Power? Like super hero power? Haha" Luna laughs to which Nolan give her a solemn stare. Then he soften, "You said you want to learnt the truth to your biological parents death right? As I've told you before, going to Cathonion is not easy for normal human, you'll need stamina, the air pressure there is different.Training are necessary which you said Peter is giving you already. The next thing you need is this," Nolan wiggle the Amethyst Pendant in his hand.

"Finding out truth will not be easy, dangerous even. This part, I'll have you covered. Let me be your assist in getting your power." Luna listened carefully, slowly she reached out to the pendant and took it,"Where did you get this anyway?"

"I kinda exchange it, from Janice." Luna responded with a disgusted look by almost dropping the pendant, but Nolan catch it in time, "You know, there's only one of this?" Luna, look away awkwardly. Nolan, took the pendant walks up to Luna until they were a feet apart, then bend over to her ears with his hand reaching out behind her neck.

Her breath quickens, her temperature rises, she could feel her ear burning up, she took a deep breath and got a whiff of familiar pleasant scent, minted melon. This aroma tickled her senses, makes her lightheaded. Then he's slowly standing straight up again, looking at Luna softly. His polar light dark green colored eyes fixated on her, that stare took her breath away by a second.

"Not sure if you know, this pendant actually look elegant on you," Nolan said with a gentle smile. Then, he jolted lightly and turned away abruptly, he walks away from Luna heading to his desk, took a book on his desk, opened it and sits down. It took Luna a few moment to snapped herself out of her own reverie,"So...Now what? I mean, with this pendant?"

"I...don't know yet. Let's call it a day, I'll try to figure it out tonight." Nolan replied without lifting his gaze from the book. "Elena will be waiting for you outside," Nolan says again, face in the book. Luna is puzzled, but she too had to head home soon, so she walks towards the door but then stopped in front of Nolan's desk,"You know that book is upside down right?" Nolan then realized it and quickly turn the book back up, "I-I'm just reading it from a different perspective!" Luna chuckled, "If you said so." She heads out closing the door behind her.

.:Nolan POV:.

That was completely uncalled-for. How humiliating. The scene of her, shimmer with the Amethyst Pendant when the evening sun light falls on her. It was almost magical and yet dubious. To think that a girl like her to actually be chosen by Lady Sekhmet. Guess I'll have to put more effort now, this silly girl is really gullible. I snickers while being reminded of her mildly amusing foolish look. I put my books down and saw my sapphire watch.

My memory jogged back to that night, 20 years ago, on the full moon night she died on me. I held onto her, her body is running cold, I'm grieving, knowing there's nothing in my power can save her. "Ve...venus..." She muttered with great effort. I weep, "Grande...no..." My tears streamed effortlessly. She took my hand gently and place on her neck where the blue sapphire is,"My...power...guide you...I stayed with you...I'm so-rry." She raises her hand slightly to which I grabbed it and put on my cheek. She smiled, then grimly continue to mutter with great effort, "Don't let..Venus..." her hands slips out of mine, leaving my cheek now cold yearning for her warmth hand. The doors breaks open. "Arrest him!" Shouted one of the guard.

"That's him! I saw he practiced Velocious Magic from the balcony just now!" Everyone who's at presence, murmured.

"That's the forbidden practiced no?" said one of the people in the crowd.

"Isn't he the Legendary Silent Fang?"

"Its a shame he's gone rogue practicing that and killed his own fiance" The crowd continues to discuss. But their words slowly faded away. Mr. Quez, soon came. He pushed me away grabbed his daughter's body, "What have you done, what have you done?!" Mr. Quez wailed in distraught. The rest of the Emissary put the magic cuff on me, I was lead away.

Before I knew it, I was standing in front of the The Wise Catgrates Chamber, in a court room. They initially have me sentenced to death, but someone came up and pleaded for me.

So I ended up was stripped off my title, half of my power locked away by chants and will be cast out of Cathopia to carry out my punishments in mundane world. I wished I was dead, so I know where Grande is, how is she? Was she still in pain? It pains me not knowing any of this, it kills me knowing I could never see her anymore.

I was in my room that night, while Elena packed my stuff. They came to me, Genieve and Ethan, the ones who pleaded for my pardon. They told me not to give up, to be honest, I am not in mood to speak nor do I pay them any attention. Then they held out the Blue Sapphire to me. My eyes widen, I instantly reached over to grab it. But Ethan retracted it before I could take it. "We have to talk, Grande came to us before this."

Only then I learnt Grande went to them, saying if anything happens, the Blue Sapphire, her power stone shall be passed on to me. They told me she wanted me to lived on, because something big is about to happen and I'll be assisting in stopping it. "Do you know anything about Venus?" I finally asked after they've done. Genieve answered, "Not by details, we've just got on to this case. But it seems the sovereign's soul will be awakened by Venus or something."

"There is more to this than it seems. Do you see anything or anyone that night?" Ethan asked curiously.

I tried recalling, "It was dark, he blasts us the velocious blast from the shadow. Grande blocked it for me...I.." my tears started to streamed down my cheek again, The pain of losing her is unbearable. Ethan gave me an assuring grip on my shoulder, "We trust you, even though the world doesn't. But at least we're not alone." I lifted my head looked at them, confused, "We're not alone?" Genieve smiled, "Yeah, Mamosa Fluenz. He trusted us, he trusts you, that's why he convinced the Chambers to let us investigate on this and given the pardon from death sentence. He thinks something is up,"

Then, Mr. Quez walked in, "My daughter don't deserve to die like this, you need to make up for it." I looked up at Mr. Quez, I thought he was blaming me for Grande's death. "Don't get me wrong, I have not forgiven you yet. Not until my daughter's death is served justice!"

Ethan, Genieve and Mr. Quez, they wanted truth like I do too. And truth is what I'll seek, I'll not let Grande's death be an unjustified one. Who knew, who knew...that it was far more evil than it seems. Ethan and Genieve lost their life for this and now leaving Luna, orphaned.

I heaved a sigh, my mind came back to present time. I'm conflicted for I feel guilty not being completely honest about this to her, I felt as if I'm part of reason why her parents died. Tho I never meant for that to happen. I have been thinking, of finding the right time to tell her about it, but I just couldn't bring myself to. I heaved a sigh, "Grande, guide me in this. Will ya?" I grasps the Blue Sapphire on my chest.

On one morning, Luna is as usual on her training routine with Peter watching over her. "You've improved, but let's not triumph yet." Peter stepped a few feet in front of her getting in a ready stance,"Fight me." Startled Luna refused,"What-? No!" Peter now ready in his stance,"Your training is not complete until you've defeated me." Luna hesitated but remembered what Nolan said, "Cathonion is not easy for normal human, you'll need stamina, you'll need training." Luna took her first step an lunge forward to which Peter easily flipped her over. She grunted but stands up again going in for another strike. The training was lasted for a few months. "Apparently, you're a born fighter, girl, you pricked up fast," Peter says while huffing. Luna now stands in a confident poise, "I only learnt from the best, The Prancing Tiger." They continue to duel but no one seems to win because both of them are as good.

George came out with plates of breakfast, "EAt up! Geez, Peter I need you back. These cooking routine are tiring me out!" Both Peter and Luna stops for the break. "George, who knew you'd become a chef yourself when you imitate Gordon so much back then." George laugh, "My cooking is f*****g delicious."

Peter turned to Luna who enjoyed watching them, "And you, really are gifted." Peter patted on Luna shoulder then give her another stern look, "But that doesn't mean I'll allow you to go around fighting or getting yourself in trouble." Luna replied, "You can trust me on this." But they didn't know she crossed her finger behind while she said that. "Oh, look at the time, I've got to go!" Luna stood up and rushes over to her bike when Connor reached just in time, "Last one reached, is a rotten potato!"

After Luna got off on her bike a little while, Peter saw that she's forgotten her bag, "That clumsy, girl." Peter pulled up her bag and something dropped. The moment Peter, he recognizes it. George catching up onto Peter's expression and look to where Peter is staring at and gasps, "Th-that's the Amethyst! Why does Luna have it?" Peter bend over to picked it up, but suddenly Luna ran up to them. She saw them found her Amethyst Pendant. She ran up to them anxiously, "Oh, look my bag. Haha, Clumsy me."

She reached for her bag and took the pendant from Peter. "Where did you get it?" Peter asked. Luna eyes darted to the side, "A friend gave it to me, for-for my...Birthday! yeah. I really have to go dad-bye! luv ya!"

Then off she goes again. "A friend? she never mentioned it before?" George ask worriedly.

"Something's up, I'll catch up on her George," Peter answered before pulling off on his motorbike heading towards school. That evening, Peter followed Luna to a mansion she visit frequently. Peter is as swift as ninja that he is able to sneaked in without being notice. There he saw Luna and another guy whose had his back on him. Peter went closer to have a look, he peeked into the window, to his surprise, he is able to recognize that guy. "Moon..." He muttered in surprised. Nolan senses something and look over to the window, yet Peter is quick to act he hid himself away from Nolan's glances. "Now that your training is almost complete, we, can go to Cathonion soon." Peter staggered upon hearing what Nolan said.

He darted out of his hiding, jumped into the room from one of the opened window, "Luna is going NO where with you." Luna and Nolan is surprised at the sudden appearance of Peter that Luna shouted out of response, "Dad?!" Nolan, immediately knew that was, " Peter Gastron Millle..."
