CHAPTER TEN
"Nice night," Arthur said, getting into his car. Barbara was already seated inside, and the doctor noticed, even in the bad light that her skirt was pulled higher than any decent girl would allow. Not that he thought Barbara indecent. On the contrary, she was more than decent, she was superb.
They drove in silence for several minutes, mesmerized by the lights and the signs, the windows opened all the way to cool their passions with a soothing breeze. But that wasn't enough for Barbara. She couldn't wait till they arrived at the Ridgeman residence. She wanted to arrive then and there, or come, to be more to the point.
"Barbara," Arthur said in a paternal tone.

"Get back in your seat."
