"Now, let's defeat the last orc!" said Alexander after his sister defeated the orc by his hand.
As he was saying those words, Zandra, who was right before him, charged ahead toward the orc as fast as she could.
'This girl is really eager fighting!' Alexander thought to himself as he charged toward the orc as well.
"How could these kids fight these monsters easily on their first try!?" Samuel could only ask as he watched the battle take place.
"Yeah, I am appalled as well! Although I trained my kids to hunt, they were able to exceed my expectation! And those three kids, who were fighting the goblins, were good at fighting as well! It is as if all of them have many battle experiences!" said Alcatraz in response to Samuel.
"It must be because of the systems that they acquired! As far as I know, you are like that too when you got your system!" said Samuel.
"I can't really remember about that time but it must be the case for the kids!" said Alcatraz as he observed the whole fight of the children that they are escorting.
Meanwhile, in the midst of fighting the last orc, Alexander and Zandra were able to find an opening for it. When Zandra was about to do a finishing move, two orcs appeared out of nowhere.
"Zandra! Look out!" shouted Alexander as he shields his sister from the sneak attack of two orcs from him.
The immense force that these two orcs had released toward Alexander, caused him to be thrown away from the nearest object where he was thrown away. Seeing that their master has been thrown away just like that, the two wolves that he summoned charged toward each other orcs that were responsible.
Since she was distracted by what just happened to her brother, Zandra let her guard down so the orc that she was about to finish was able to do a counterattack toward him.
Fortunately, she was able to dodge so Zandra just sustained a few blade wounds.
"Aren't you going to rescue your daughter?" asked Samuel to Alcatraz in the sideline.
Alcatraz couldn't help but be annoyed by Samuel's questions to him. That's why he said to him, "Didn't I say that I would only help them when their lives are in danger!? How can the children of tomorrow learn if we do everything from them!"
Samuel decided not to utter any words upon hearing him. He just thought to himself, 'I just asked you! Why are you so angry with me!?' He couldn't as it in front of him so he just kept it deep within his mind.
"Are you okay!?" asked Alexander upon seeing the situation of her little sister.
Zandra smiled at him and she said in response, "I am just fine, big bro! How about you?"
"Yeah! I'm just fine too! Let's defeat those orcs together! I only hope that my wolves would be able to buy us enough time!" said Alexander as he gets up.
"You're so slow, big bro~! I will kill this orc now~!" said Zandra as he used her greatsword to fight the orc that wounded her.
While the wolves were buying some time for them, Alexander and Zandra did their best until they were able to defeat the orc without sustaining any more injuries.
"They defeated your wolves, big bro!" said Zandra after she slashed the other orc to death.
Upon seeing the incoming monster, Alexander and Zandra couldn't help but embrace themselves for it is the only thing that they could do at that moment. The two of them fought each one of the orcs.
'We can't hold these orcs by ourselves! I only hope that Oliver and the others would be able to finish their battle!' Alexander thought to himself as he tried to do his best to fight against one of the orcs.
His little sister, Zandra was having a harder time than he was because there is still some difference between their strength. After all, Alexander is already a level 3 while Zandra is only level 1.
Killing the goblins and orcs does not give them experience because the level of these monsters is too low so she had no opportunity to level up before coming here.
'I am really tired! When does our fight finish? Do I say to dad that I give up for today?' Zandra thought to herself as she fought her hardest while panting very hard.
After some realization, she thought to herself, 'NO! Giving up on my first time will not help me! I must learn to do this now because dad will be unable to protect us in the future so we have to rely on ourselves!'
With that mindset, Zandra began attacking the orc she was facing viciously. Although her morale is through the roof, the endurance of her body is about to reach its utmost limit.
Before it happened, all of the shadow minions of Oliver suddenly came to her rescue. They attacked the orc relentlessly upon arriving.
"We defeated all of the goblins!" said Oliver as he and the other orphans came to the rescue of Zandra and Alexander.
"Buy us some time in that orc, you guys! We will just defeat this orc!" said Alexander with a smile.
"Roger that, boss!" said the three in response.
"Are you still ready to defeat this guy?" asked Alexander as he fought the other orc.
Although she was panting very hard, Zandra just smiled upon hearing his elder brother. And she said to him, "Let's do it then, big bro~!"
With that, they continued their battle until all of them were able to finish the remaining orcs.
"I finished my quest!" said Zandra excitingly after she slashed the last orc to its death.
"Congratulation!" said the four kids upon hearing her exciting news.
"I leveled up and got a new skill!" said Zandra with a boasting smile.
The other children couldn't help but be curious. The one that asked her is her big brother, Alexander.
"What skill did you obtain?" he asked.
