Hunting

'Gosh! These two are really scary! It just slipped on my mouth!' Samuel thought to himself after realizing the gaze of the two.
Alexander was able to notice it so he asked, "Why are the two of you, mom and dad, staring at Mr. Samuel?"
Upon hearing their son, the two immediately stopped staring. "It's nothing, dear," said Hilda with a smile.
Although he was still curious, Alexander decided not to pursue it because his mother says so to him. The only thing that he was avoiding in his life was to be scolded by his mother so he decided not to ask any more questions.
With that, all of them continued eating their breakfast upon finishing that conversation. After a few minutes of eating, they were able to finish eating. Alexander and the kids who just acquired their systems from the god, Ratsel, were talking to Alcatraz about the next step that they were going to do.
"What are the systems that you all got?" asked Alcatraz to get to business. They already know about Zandra's system so the three kids were the ones to answer.
"I obtained the General System," said William.
"I got the same system as William here," said Sophia at the next moment.
"What about you, Oliver?" asked Alcatraz.
Oliver looked at Alexander upon hearing Alcatraz's question. Alexander just smiled at him and nodded. That gave Oliver the courage to speak about his system.
"I-I got a system called King's Shadow," said Oliver.
Upon hearing Oliver, Alcatraz and Samuel looked at each other with a shocked look. They didn't say a word about what they were thinking but they understood each other's gaze.
After a few moments, Alcatraz forced a cough and he said to Oliver, "That's an important job in Alexander's Kingdom, Oliver. From now on, you will become the leader of Alexander's sharpest sword. You will become the one responsible for the deeds that he can't do by himself due to his position. You will become someone who would supply him with relevant information use for his rule."
The children were shocked upon hearing Oliver. They didn't know the magnitude of the system that he got from the god, Ratsel. After all, it is even on a different scale from both Sophia and William. He can tell that it was at the same responsibility or even more than Zandra would have.
'I know that knowing about this would put a lot of pressure on him but it's better for him to know the magnitude of his future responsibilities. After all, the enemy that they were going to face will be greater than they could handle,' Alcatraz thought to himself as he observed Oliver.
Samuel had the same thinking as Alcatraz so he did not even try to protest his way of handling the situation.
When the atmosphere became very serious, the one that was able to break it was Alexander. He said with a smile, "It seems like Oliver, we will be the ones that will work together the most. I will be in your care, then!"
Upon seeing Alexander's expression, Oliver could not help but be happy deep inside. He went down to his knee as he said, "I pledge my life to you, my liege!"
"Where did you learned those words? Don't be like this, I am still not your king so let's drop the formalities for now, okay?" said Alexander.
"As you wish!" said Oliver with a smile as he stood up.
After finishing that conversation, Alcatraz decided to get back on business at hand. He said with a serious expression, "Okay, now everything's settled, we will start our preparation now. Let's hunt for our ration this morning. Later on, we, me and your Uncle Samuel here, will accompany you three in the dungeon exploration. Is that clear?"
"Yes, boss' father/dad!" said the kids in unison.
After coming up with a plan, they immediately went on their preparation to hunt. After obtaining the needed things in order to hunt, they immediately departed from the Banario Village.
"Keep yourselves safe!" said Hilda as she waved to them who were departing.
"Take care of the house while we're gone!" said Alcatraz in response. Hilda gave him a huge thumbs-up so he and the others happily went on hunting without any worry or whatsoever.

"Here's what we are going to do: let's separate by two groups. Alexander, you will lead Sophia, William, and Oliver while I will lead the other group to hunt. Let's go back here in two hours so keep a tab of the time while you hunt," said Alcatraz in a crossroad in the forest.
The four children smiled upon hearing Alcatraz and they immediately agreed at him. Meanwhile, Zandra pouted upon hearing her father. She said to him, "I also want to go with big bro and the others!"
"Don't be like that, sweetie! You will be accompanied by your dad and uncle! Don't you want that?" asked Alcatraz with a smile.
Zandra pouted even more upon hearing her father. Alcatraz just laughed upon seeing his daughter's reaction. "We will go now, kids! Be careful while hunting!" said Alcatraz as they walked in a different direction.
"Let's go now, guys! Keep your senses at their highest peak! The forest is unpredictable so you will never know what will happen all of a sudden!" said Alexander as he leads his group.
Upon hearing him, the other three kids with him immediately became wary of their surroundings. They brought out the weapons that they got from the system as they transverse the forest.
After a few minutes of walking, Alexander was able to hear something. "I hear some footsteps ahead of us! Get ready, everyone! Our first prey is coming on to us!"
They stopped at their current location after Alexander said those words. They decided to wait for the prey to come to them so that they would be able to be ready for its attack.
After a few more minutes of waiting, the footsteps became louder and frequent.
"HERE IT IS!"
