"Is that enough?" asked Alcatraz after he handed some money to Samuel.
Samuel immediately counted the money that was inside the bag that Alexander's father had given him. After doing that for a few seconds, he smiled at Alcatraz.
"This is enough my friend," he said.
Upon hearing him, Alcatraz immediately told him what he wanted him to do. "I want you to create a fake I.D. for my son. Make it like this."
He handed a note toward Samuel after saying those words. Samuel smiled after seeing the note. A moment later, he said to Alcatraz, "It seems like you wanted your son to be seen with the same status as you when we were still children. Well, you know the usual, return tomorrow morning."
"Got it. Let's go, Alex!" said Alcatraz upon hearing Samuel.
Alexander had no choice but to follow his father without saying a word. When they managed to get some distance away from Samuel, Alexander managed to muster a will to ask his father.
"What is your relationship with him, dad? And what does he mean by that with mom?" asked Alexander with all the curiousness in his mind.
Alcatraz sighed when he heard the question of his son. he said at the next moment, "I will tell you about that son in another time. You are still a child to know about all of that matters."
Although he was still very curious about that matter, Alexander had no choice but to not ask any further questions. After all, he was seeing the very serious expression of his father as they walked together.
Without him knowing it, Alexander was showing an expression that pouts a little. Alcatraz realized it when he looked at his son so he decided to do something about it.
He smiled and he said to Alexander, "Son, you still have that quest, right? Let's begin our search! We still have some time before the night so we can easily try that!"
Upon hearing his father, Alexander could not help but smile. He forgot why he was pouting earlier when he became too excited to do his mission. "Okay, let's go, dad! Where will we begin our search, then?"
"We are here in the place where you can search. Leat's explore the slum area and find children without any parents and system to recruit!' said Alcatraz with a smile to his son.
Upon hearing his father, Alexander's energy suddenly soared. Without a moment of hesitation, he immediately began his search for comrades.
'This child is really simple to handle. I only hope that he grows up while retaining his current passionate heart,' Alcatraz thought to himself as he was getting dragged by his son.
After a few hours, the sun was about to meet with the horizon. Unfortunately, Alexander was still unable to finish a part of his goal. "Father, I thought this was going to be easy to do but all of the people that we asked already have a system!"
"Be patient, Alex. Good things happen to those who know how to wait," said Alcatraz with a calm demeanor.
While they were walking, they saw a bunch of children bullying a boy.
"You dare to go back here in our territory! Do you have some death wish or something!?"
The leader of the children continued beating up the child after saying those words. Upon seeing that scene, Alexander did not hesitate on helping the other kid.
He shouted at the top of his lungs, "Summon Wolves!"
Upon shouting those words, a portal suddenly opened in front of him and a couple of wolves suddenly came out of it. Upon seeing his summoned familiars, Alexander immediately gave his command.
"Stop those kids from bullying that boy!"
Upon hearing the command of their master, the wolves immediately charged toward the bullies. When the kids saw Alexander's summoned familiars, they did not hesitate on running away from them.
"Wolves are attacking us!!!"
As they went away, Alexander used this chance to check on the kid that was getting bullied by the others. "Are you okay?" asked Alexander.
The boy with blue hair nodded upon hearing Alexander's inquiry. "Let me help you up! Where is your home?"
The boy was silent for a few seconds before answering him but a moment later, he decided to answer. "I don't have a home but I have a family! I was separated from them when we are running away from those bullies! Can you help me find them?"
"Okay, we are glad to help you. By the way, I'm Alexander! What is your name?" asked Alexander with a smile.
"I-I'm Oliver! Thank you for helping me!' said the blue-haired boy in response to Alexander.
"No problem! Well, let's start searching for your family, then! Can you tell me about them?" asked Alexander.
Oliver did not hesitate on answering Alexander so he said, "I am searching for a green-haired boy that is a little higher than me. A girl with red hair who is slightly smaller than my height. We are not exactly family, you see. All of us are orphan so we decided to become each others' family!"
Upon hearing Oliver, Alexander's excitement suddenly rose toward the roof. Both of his eyes began sparkling while he asked Oliver, "Do you and your family members have their own system, now???"
After hearing Alexander, Oliver's expression suddenly became very gloomy. A moment later, he decided to answer Alexander saying, "We were unable to get from the cathedral because we don't have any money to pay for the minimum donation needed. That's why no one among us three still doesn't have any system."
Both of Alexander's eyes suddenly sparkled upon hearing Oliver's answer to his question. "Do you want to have a system?" asked Alexander while holding Oliver's hands.
Alcatraz, who was observing the whole time, decided to interfere now. "You can recruit them later, son! We still have to find his family!"
"Oh yeah! I'm sorry for being excited, Oliver! Let's find your family now!"
