Waking up beside Scarlet was the most beautiful thing. I remember her begging me to stay for the night after the conversation we had.
FLASHBACK
After dinner, we talked about several things.
" I miss my mom, she was a good cook." scarlet said."Every day when I got home from work, she would have prepared something for me to eat."
"My mother doesn't know how to cook well," Lucas said." She grew up with a live-in cook. My father too came from a very rich setting so he never went to the kitchen, but my mother has been taking some cooking lessons lately."
"That's good, women should know how to cook," scarlet said laughing
"And how about your dad? you haven't mentioned anything about him."
"I don't have memories of him, I was told he died when I was very young." scarlet replie
