Scarlet's pov
"Am coming mother," I shouted.
I picked up my suitcase and got out of my bedroom.
When they heard my coming they looked in my direction. Lucas was staring at me as usual. He ran his eyes from my head to my toes. I got so uncomfortable and nervous.
I looked at the ground blasting.
Lucas tried to compose himself. He opened the door for me and allowed me to pass.
"Take good care of yourself mother, I will be back soon, and don't forget to take your medicine, "I told my mother.
I kissed my mother goodbye and we left, after making Lucas promise he will bring me back home safe.
He opened the car door for me and I got in. I was so uncomfortable there. The tension was too much. Lucas was still looking at me.
