"It"ll be fine, just knock, say hello, pretend like you do this all the time," I muttered to myself as I crossed the street to Rainbow Central. Except that this time I wasn"t aiming for the big entrance, but the hidden green door in the nook. The one leading up to Nix"s flat. She told me their lock was busted, but before I pushed into their house like a burglar, I checked if anyone would see me. It was strangely quiet, but in a student city like this, that was expected of Saturdays. Everyone went home over the weekend to get their laundry done and see their parents, if they had any. I checked Nix"s latest text, just to make sure I had it in writing that she said I could just enter the house. My nerves were getting to me and I didn"t know why. Wasn"t the point of casual to not be trapped
