But today, a new item has appeared in the Community Voices section—where the system compiles text feedback submitted by humans: “I realize I’ve been focusing on the numbers for too long…” “The dashboard doesn’t tell the whole story…” Sometimes I don’t even realize how tired I am…” Not raw, subjective data. But words written in a human language—not converted into scores, not compressed into trends or weights. The system tags each sentence: Reflective, Qualitative, Human. II.
