Milan worked the way it always worked for her. The first day was meetings. The foundation oversight review ran three hours and covered everything it needed to cover. The property negotiation in the afternoon went better than projected. The counterpart across the table was experienced and direct and the terms they landed on by five were terms she could bring back to the board without qualification.
