Three days later
I stood in the hallway of the courtroom, my nerves shooting higher than the stars in the skies. I should have been happy, mainly for the fact that Sharon and Kyle would have been put in jail, but I was also worried that Felix might be charged.
Not long, my husband's lawyer showed up with a smile on his face, which I did not get because we could not count out chickens before they hatched.
"Good morning Cindy" Mike greeted me with a huge smile on his face.
