CHAPTER 13 Frank left Sade’s flat in the morning before she woke up. Hoping that the skinheads hanging around his place were night creatures, he headed for home. They had gone. Nevertheless, for a few minutes, Frank stood on the steps leading up into the house and looked up and down the street several times before feeling safe enough to enter the house. Again, he did a double-check before opening the door to the flat. Still nothing out of place out there.
