"..So you are saying that this marriage is just for a merger. So, that another partner doesn't back stab on you and make the whole business in their name." Abigail asked her father, while driving towards Clarkson Villa.

"Yup, You will be the half owner of it when I die and also I want you to settle down. I know Vera, she is a good kid and she is independent, she is an entrepreneur." Her dad said.

"Uh uh huh!, let me decide whether she is good or not for me." Abigail said.

"Welcome Pete, Welcome to Clarkson villa." David Clarkson welcomed his good old buddy in his hood.

"Thanks, Dave." Peter Williams said.

"And this lovely lady is?" Dave asked about his daughter.

"I'm Abigail Williams. Nice to meet you sir." Abigail introduced herself.

"Oh, I'm David Clarkson. And No need to be formal we are going to be family now so, call me Dave." He said.

'goofy man.' Abigail thought.

"Please have a seat." Dave said while sitting on the couch.

"House looks nice" Abigail commented.

"Thank you." Dave said.

"Hello Peter. So, nice to see you after long time." Alexandra Williams said entering in hall.

"Good to see you too Alexa. Meet my Daughter Abigail." Peter stood up and said. Abby also stood up.

"Ahh, last I saw you when you were a toddler playing with my boy Romeo, you have grown so big." Alexa said hugging.

"What to do I didn't had anymore options." Abby Sarcasted.

Dave and Pete laughed, Alexa just stood there astonished.

"I like your wit." Alexa Praised Abigail.

"Thanks.".

"So, Where..." Pete was about to say but he gets cutoff "Hey, Mom and dad!" Romeo greeted his parents as he got inside the house and spotted them sitting in the hall.

"Who is he?" Abby asked her father in a quiet voice.

"That's their son Romeo. He was the first candidate for this marriage but luckily he got married to someone else. Ps. I hate him." Pete replied, Abby just gave him a look.

"My boy." Dave said to his son and hugged him.

"Where is Angel?" Alexa asked.

Abigail was about to ask but her father is one step ahead of her "Angel is Romeo's wife."

"She is coming. Her Best friend called her So, she is attending that." Romeo replied Sitting next to his father.

"Abigail, This my son Romeo." Dave introduced Romeo. Romeo got up from his seat and went towards Abigail to Greet her. "Hello, Nice to meet you." He said with a cute smile. :Nice to meet you too." Abby replied.

"Hello, Uncle Pete." Romeo said to Pete while shaking hands.

"Hello Romeo" Pete said.

"Hey, Guys." A lady greeted everyone in the hall. 'Wow she looks beautiful' Abigail thought.

Clarkson's also greeted her back. She went and Pecked Romeo on lips and sat besides him on a different sofa "Abigail, this is my wife Angel." Romeo said proudly and with a smile looking with love at Romeo.

'wow her name suits her a lot' Abigail thought.

"Hi, Angel." Abigail greeted.

"Hi, Nice to meet you." Angel said waving.

Abigail smiled at her.

Everyone started to chitchat. "Where is Vera?" Pete asked.

"She'll be little late, had to go on a urgent meeting." Alexa said.

"Hey, You are a model right?" Angel asked.

"Yes, I'm." Abigail said with a pretty smile.

"My friends and cousins are big fans of your, they are always talking about you. And you look so beautiful from up close." Angel said.

"Thanks, and you are no less than me. You should be in modelling." Abigail said.

Angel chuckled.

Sound of car engine was heard. "Vera is here." Romeo said happily.

And soon a girl wearing a black suit and a ponytail came inside the house

"There she is." Romeo said to the girl who came inside.

"Hello everybody" She said with a smile, in a soft and innocent voice.

'This is Vera, she looks cute and adorable.' Abigail thought.

When Vera noticed there is no place to seat for her Except Besides Pete who is sitting there along with Abigail besides him.

"Vera, Come sit here." Pete said moving and spotting the space between Abigail and him.

"Hello, Uncle Pete." Vera said sitting between him and Abigail.

"Vera, I want you to meet my Daughter Abigail." He said smiling towards his daughter.

"Hello, I'm Vera." Vera shook hands with Abigail while looking at her eyes and also she gave her a cute smile.

"Nice to meet you." Abigail said smiling and also looking at her eyes.

"Already flirting with future wife Vera." Dave said chuckling and everybody also giggled a bit. Vera frowned but showed a fake smile.

"So, what do you say Vera? Do you like my girl?" Pete asked.

"What's not there to like she is Beautiful, witty and her name starts with A" Alexa joked again everybody laughed.

Vera just smiled and said "I would like to get to know her before I say anything."

"Yeah, you both can go out now... I mean there is plenty of time and we have whole day and also I have to beat your brother in Golf." Pete said.

"You brought you Golf kit!?" Romeo asked.

"Yes, I knew you will be here. I'm all set to beat you." Pete challenged him.

"Get ready to eat the dirt again then." Romeo said "Michael, can you bring me my golf kit." Romeo ordered the family butler.

"Bring mine also." Dave said.

"Oh, the game is so on." Pete said.

"Umm... Shall we go?" Vera asked Abigail.

"Yeah, sure.' Abigail said and got up.

"Have fun and take care of her." Alexa said to Vera because the men were talking about Golf.

and Angel is looking at Vera and Abigail sadly.
