Georgie followed Riley’s Lane to its end, discovering a creek was the far boundary of Goodlife Farm. So the Murrays only shared a side border with Sven and Vlatka. Their other neighbours comprised whoever abutted them in the rear, which could well be the dazed woman who’d collided with her, along with Dave, and another over the road.
The creek twisted and turned in both directions. The rippling water reminded her of the call she’d missed earlier, and she checked her mobile.
