(Regina)

Regina didn't know what to think she couldn't be that hurt Emma was in the army she is strong, well able to defend herself, why was she acting so scared? it didn't make any sense to Regina maybe something happened to her while she was away some type of traumatic event to have her cowering in a corner like a lost child she feels terrible that she had let her temper get out of control to cause this behaviour in Emma... as she moves towards her getting close enough to touch her leaning down she reaches out her hand to Emma just as she touches her shoulder the bathroom door opens (dammit) Regina thinks she is startled when Emma is up and without a word she's gone running through the door passing a very surprised Mary "Emma sweety come back" oh god what is going on "what happened to her Regina I thought you were coming to check on her you were taking so long I thought I would come check and see if you two were ok!?" "oh no I don't I I mean I did try to get her to come out but I I don't know she wouldn't talk to me" god she hoped she sounded believable "oh ok I don't know that girl sometimes I wish I could read her mind or even try and get her to open up to me" god she felt so bad now reaching out grasping marys hand in hers "M its not your fault dear you are a great mother some ppl just don't like to talk maybe try giving her some time let her come to you" "thanks gina you're such a good friend to me I'm so glad I have you" hugging Regina " and I you dear" f**k what sort of a friend is she to lie like this "im sorry dear I have to cut this party short I have some business that can't wait til Monday but we will meet for coffee tomorrow?" smiling Mary nods "of course no problem gina il see you tomorrow 12 ok with you" " perfect M see you then" god she was starting to feel a headache coming on

(Emma)

She could feel her legs start to ache she was running she didn't care where she was going she had to get away it all started coming back to her the pain, the blood , the sound of gunshots the screaming all of it hammering through her head why?why did this happening now she thought she was fine she was over it PTSD my a*s she was fine just that insufferable woman how dare she hit her she didn't know Emma where did she get off accusing her of being a cheater god where did she even get that information from she was no cheater you have to be in a relationship if you were to cheat Jesus she can't remember the last time she had a relationship, she didn't want Regina thinking she was the sort of person to do such a thing but why should she care it was just one night that was it one amazing incredible night but that's all it was one night feeling out of breath she slows down a bit that's when it happened she didn't see it coming from behind as she was stopped all of a sudden all she felt was pain and then everything went black........

Emma Emma Emma that's all that seemed to be going through her mind over and over again why couldn't she get that girl out of her head god what was that she left the diner and headed to her car headache growing with every step she really needed to get that girl out of her head but she just couldn't those eyes that shy adorable smile her little stutter ugh why did this girl have to be in her head and now in her town reaching her car and making her way home to collect her bag before heading to the office Regina then remembered she needed to make a call looking for her phone in her bag with her right hand while her left held the steering wheel she can't find it taking her eyes off the road for two seconds that's when she found it and looked back too late to fully stop the car not seeing the person on side of the roads pushing the breaks hitting the person they roll over the top of the car and fall off the back onto the road Regina sits there in shock what the hell!! She is in so much shock she can't move she is terrified god please don't tell me I killer someone she gets out the the car slowly making her way over that's when she recognizes the clothes, "oh no no no no" she runs and painfully knelt down on the road hands going to her neck hoping to find a pulse she can't be responsible for killing her best friends daughter, her baby she could feel a small pulse it was faint but it was something she got her phone out and called an ambulance then Mary Margaret and waited for them to arrive she didn't want to move Emma for fear of causing any more damage to the girl she nearly killed shortly after the ambulance come and pull Emma onto the stretcher "Madam Mayor do you know this person?" "Huh oh yes yes her name is Emma she's Mary Margaret Nolan's daughter is she going to be ok I didn't see her god it's all my fault" she said through tears just as the sheriff pulled up and started asking questions about the accident "I need to go with her to the hospital make sure she is alright" "Gina?" Mary calls behind the sheriff she gets to Emma just before they closed the doors with no time to talk to Regina she hops onto the ambulance Regina goes to her car assured the sheriff she would call to the station later to make her statement finding the windshield had been damaged she gets a lift to the hospital from the sheriff..

(The Hospital)

"Madam Mayor how lovely to see you how can I help you?" The nurse at the reception asked the mayor "Emma Nolan just came in she was in a car accident where have they taken her?" "Oh madam mayor I'm sorry I can't indulge that information to anyone but family" "are you serious you know who I am do you really think it is worth your job to withhold information on my best friends daughter who is fighting for her life?" "Nnnno no she's in the emergency room they rushed her into surgery they need to check for internal bleeding" "thank you" walking away down the hall to the waiting area Regina sees Mary and David holding each other and Mary sobs into David's chest oh god oh no please don't tell me she's dead please she can't lose her best friends for killing her daughter..... "Mary?" "You what the hell do you think you are doing here?" Oh god no she knew this would happen "you ran over my baby and now you are here I don't think so get out!" "Mary please I didn't see her I took my eyes off the road for two minutes I'm so sorry please how is she?" "You took your eyes off the road what is wrong with you my daughter could be dying all because of you, no I mean it Regina get out now!" Mary yelled with tears in her eyes Regina left not without telling the nurse to call her with any news about Emma... just as she was about to leave she seen the doctor come out of the room and up to Mary and David she didn't know what she could do but stand there staring at the scene in front of her all she could see was the doctor talking then Mary scream all of a sudden oh god.................
