Chapter 2

On her way to Boston in desperate need of some fun and maybe if she was lucky which she normally is she would have company for the night before she headed back on the road to go home to her parents and see them after 3 years away with the army. Being her age and going straight from high school to the army was big for Emma she always wanted to change from being a messed up teenager always getting into trouble to doing something she could make her parents proud of. Although Emma loves the army there was one thing she had to keep secret and that was that she was gay not even her parents knew her best friend Ruby knew she was interested in women ever since she was 15 and they had been out getting wasted and Emma had kissed ruby and they dated for a little while until Emma decided she didn't like being tied down to anyone and wanted to be free so they decided to just be friends with the occasional hookup now and then. Now being 21 and legally allowed to drink she decided why not try out some of the local bars maybe she could meet someone share a night and then be gone in the morning no strings attached and never see that person again.. "Yeah one night that's all I need Just Tonight" Emma thought to herself as she parked her car and headed for her room in the hotel.

(A little while later that evening)

(Later that night)

Loud music pumped into the bar not much lighting and a lot of women very pretty women, but none that caught her eye as Emma scanned the room for the what felt like millionth time a cute brunette standing just at the bar looking like she could be a bit of fun Emma watched her for a moment and decided f**k it and got up and approached her drink helps wonders with her confidence taking another gulp of her beer "Hey" Emma said as she placed her beer on the bar beside the girl "oh hey you having fun" "nnnnnot really I'm not ffffrom around here and ddddont go to these ehhhmmm bars"(scratching the back of her neck nervously) "oh you sweet thing I'm Lilly what's your name" looking up from the spot on the floor Emma stretched out her hand and said "Kk Karen nice to meet you Lily" why she gave a fake name she didn't really know but she did here of ppl stalking you on social media after a one night stand and she really didn't want anything like that no strings is exactly what she wants and by the looks of this girl she might just be in luck. Lily says grabbing Emma's arm a bit hard for Emma's liking,Emma turned to lily and just said "ehhhmm nnno ehm actually if you don't mind I'm just ggggonna go em em to the bathroom excuse me" feeling a bit uneasy about the situation Emma makes her turn to leave but again Lily's arm grabs her a bit more forceful this time not that Emma couldn't handle herself put she didn't want to harm the girl and end up in trouble just like she promised her mother she wouldn't she wasn't that girl anymore. Trying to move her arm away from Lily's grip but not getting free Emma just stood not knowing what to do. "I'm sorry but you can't just come up talking to a girl and because some bit of a*s rudely interrupts our conversation just try and ignore her that's not very nice now is it hmmm Karen?!" This chick seriously had something wrong with her Emma thought to herself, then in the blink of an eye the beautiful woman next to her stood up and was in Lily's face "I'm sorry lily was it?.. but just because someone talks to you does not make them your property so I suggest you remove your claws from this young girl or il have to do it for you and believe me that is not your best option dear" looking like she was going so pee herself she let go of Emma's arm looking at Emma lily said "we'll meet again Karen" and stomped off. "Excuse mmme"Emma said and made her way to the bathroom in a hurry. What the hell was with that Jesus women were crazy she got to the bathroom and splashing her face with water.
