I was quiet and downcast as I walked Scarlett back to her home. My parents had told me to go home with them but the thought of the Rogue Lycan Alpha whom I had nicknamed 'the intruder' walking Scarlett home, made my blood boil.
I had always loved Scarlett. Right from when we were kids and even when I had to travel abroad to learn more better the acts of leadership, she never left my mind.
I saw the way she was being treated like an outcast just because she could not shift into her wolf form when her mates were shifting. She was called a weirdo and an oddball just because she was different.
