That shatters my poor heart! Haven't I had it bad enough?! Why are they trying to take my mother away from me so early?!
“That's not right, no I refuse to accept that! I need to talk to someone, Alpha Erus! His mother, I need to talk to someone!” I yell.
“Hush, baby, it's okay. You are going to be fine, you are a big girl and can do it on your own.” My mother kisses my cheek. She is hiding her tears from me, she knows that I will have a total breakdown if I see her cry too.
She tells me goodbye and Lance is even kind enough to ask another driver to drive her home in a different car.
