I go back to work with a new determination in my heart. I am tired of whatever this nonsense is with nurse Veronica.
I decide that because of the respect I have for chief Baron, I will speak to him before I allow the less appealing side of me out.
I get to work early and I take the elevator straight to his office. He is having a consultation with a big client in his office, so I wait outside for almost an hour.
