Scarlett's pov
"It's beautiful," I whispered more to myself than to Nora as I looked around the garden I had nurtured with all my heart.
"I know right," Nora smiled at me before she turned and walked forward. Tears pricked the back of my eyes as I looked around the garden. Different emotions surged through me but I decided to settle on contentment. Content knowing I had left my mark in this pack and even after I was dead my garden still stood tall, beautiful, and proud...reminding everyone I was once a part of this pack.
"You were right," I commented as I turned to Nora.
"The garden does have a calming effect," I clarified when she turned to me in confusion.
"I told you," she looked proud of herself.
"You agree to all this?" I asked as we walked around the garden.
