2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 packages lemon instant pudding
3 cups milk
Mix margarine and flour together until crumbly. Add walnuts. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 400º for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool.
Cream together cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix lemon pudding packages with milk and spread on top.
Finish with a layer of Cool Whip.
Freeze well.
