Khloe POV
It has been a week since I stated working for Alexander. I won't lie, the work was quite hard than I thought it would be. There were days I worked over time and some days I pulled an nighter. However, Alexander never disturbed me, it was more like he was keeping his distance which was unlike him. But I didn't care anyway, at least I had my piece of mind.
Today, I decided to meet him and ask for his permission to visit my mom. She had been calling non stop panicking about my whereabout and how I had stopped coming to visit her. Which was all thanks to my new boss, I couldn't get out of here no matter what because he had something against me.
I knocked on his office door waiting for a come in order which came two minutes later. "Mr. Alexander, I have a request to make,"
