He was lying at the other side of the bed, shirtless even, my eyes widen and I screamed pushing him. He opened an eye and yawned. "What?"

"What happened? Why are you here?!" I panicked. "And why are you shirtless?"

"Because you wouldn't stop crying last night." He groaned and sat up using both hands to rub his eyes. "It was annoying to be honest, I couldn't sleep so I came to check up on you and then you hugged me immediately, I told you to let go but you refused and begged that I hold you till you fall asleep."

I opened my mouth in disbelief, I don't remember doing that or did I? My head somehow feels clouded so I can't think, but would I? I was sober last night not drunk.

"Relax, nothing happened." He sighed reading how uncomfortable I was getting. "I was shirtless because I sleep shirtless, I'm a guy so it's normal."

"I'm sorry." Was all that could come out of my mouth. I felt very embarrassed and stupid. How could I let myself go like that?

"Its nothing, I'm fine." He stood up and headed for the door but stopped and looked at me. "If you get hungry, make yourself something in the kitchen, its on the left, everything you'd need is there I think."

"How about you?"

"I'll just order something."

"Oh okay, thank you."

He nodded and left the room leaving me alone to battle with my thoughts.

I finally got up and refreshen up for the day, even though I knew I'd get revenge on Enid and Lucia. I was still confused on where to stay from, but I needed to survive first and by surviving, I need to eat. But all I know is I won't back down and let those who hurt me get away with it. I left the room and went to the kitchen. I opened all the cabinets and checked the fridge and sighed deeply. Honestly there isn't much here but it should do.

I settled for scrambled eggs and toast, luckily he had fruits and can drinks to go with it so yeah, this is enough. I went to the parlor and put on a show to calm myself down.

Shortly after some time, he came in and sat opposite me staring at the TV, not really paying any attention to me.

"I don't know how to ever say thank you or repay you." I said not looking at him still munching on my breakfast.

"There's always a way to repay one's kindness." He smiled and turned his gaze from the tv to me, his smile turned my tummy a bit, it wasn't a good one and for some reasons I felt uncomfortable.

"What do you mean?"

"You know, there's money, job offers, houses, proposals or contracts." He stared deeply into my eyes.

"I don't see where you're getting at."

"Ariana Thorne, age 22, daughter of the Thorne clan, you're an omega, if I got all my information correct.

My heart jumped or skipped some few beats, I was panicking and unable to speak, who was this guy? Did someone send him? Was it Enid or Lucia? Haven't I had enough?

"Relax, I'm not going to kill you."

"Then what? Kidnap me?" I stood up and walked down slowly towards the door, but he took just one long stride and caught me.

"Running away would be a very stupid choice, because you can run but you can't hide."

"What do you want?" I tried to maintain composure, showing fear wasn't my thing and I won't let this man play with me.

"Its a simple deal, I'll propose a marriage contract and you'll be my bride."

"Are you mad?" I laughed.

He grinned and flipped me over making me land on my butt, I flinched at the sudden pain.

"Watch your tongue." He spat harshly.

My whole head begun spinning again, it was like I was dreaming, what was going on?

"What's going on?"

"A deal, I helped you now its your turn to payback."

"Isn't there some other way?" I slowly got up wiping my butt with my hand. "Because you have to be kidding, A contracted marriage?? I don't even know who you are! I just got out of one f****d up mess and now I'm in another one just the next day? Am I cursed?"

"If you agree, I'll help you with whatever you want."

I laughed hard out, I don't know what was funny exactly the fact that he had so much pride and ego or maybe I'm going crazy a bit.

"You're crazy."

"And you have a sharp rude tongue."

"Oh I haven't even started yet." I smirked at him. "So okay, let's say I 'marry you'. I air quoted the marry you since he said it was just a contract. "How will you help me?"

"Anything you want."

"What if I said I needed revenge on people who hurt me?" I became very serious and looked at him.

"Piece of cake, what do you want? Kill them? Torture? Or even worse?"

I laughed again and this seemed to piss him off even more. "I'm sorry its just wow you're crazyyy, if I may ask who do you think you are? Some kind of God or something? Please I'll repay you somehow, Good bye."

"Where are you going?"

"Hmm anywhere minus here? Because you're crazy and nuts, I don't even know your name, tell me just incase I've found a way to repay, I'll look for you okay?"

"Richard Ravenwood."

"Richard Raven- wait isn't that the name one the 136 millennium leader of all the clans!? The Lycan king?" Ahh I get it, this guy is NUTS for real. I thought to myself.

"Uhm okay, Richard Ravenwood, Got it." I smiled trying to hide my laughter.

"You don't believe me, right?"

"Of course I do! I mean its your name isn't it?"

He said nothing and stood up, then walked closer to me and bent down to my level, that was when I noticed his eyes, it was very beautiful, it had was a piercing grey orbs which was CHANGING??? Right before my very own eyes his eyes changed from grey to a to fierce flame golden color and his body too? It seemed like he was transforming into a wolf but almost as big as three to four wolves combined as one! But he couldn't completely transform and it seemed like he was in pain.

"What are you?" I breathed hard trying to process what just happened right now.

"The Lycan King ,I told you."

My eyes widen. The Lycan king? That's impossible that's the overall head of all the clans, it can't be.. But what happened just now, it wasn't even noon and he transformed! I also haven't seen any wolf that big before!

"What? Cat got your sharp tongue?" He laughed.

"What do you really want from me?" I panicked

"I told you a contracted marriage and in exchange I'll do whatever you want."

"But why me? Why is it me?"

"Because you have something you'd help me achieve."

I can't believe it, I couldn't believe it but I felt something strange, his aura changed it was so powerful and consuming I couldn't breathe and I felt weak.

"If you're really the Lycan King and you're proposing this, you'll truly help me?"

"I always keep to my word."

He was known for being ruthless and brutal and he's the overall ruler, would it work? Can I trust him?

"But I'm loyal." He answered like he could read my mind. "I always keep to my word, you can trust me."

"You'll help me get revenge?"

"How many times do I need to answer that?"

"I'll marry you then."

"Okay then, its a deal." He brought out his hand and I shooked it.

If I play my cards right, this should be easy or so I thought.
