Entry 35
This is a first for me… writing two diary entries in one day, but this marvelous day deserves them. For someone who had never before considered keeping a journal, I sure am becoming a natural at it. It’s starting to feel like events aren’t quite real until I have written out my feelings about what happened in here.
I’m sitting outside on my sun porch in the wee hours of the morning, enjoying the fact that the humidity has waned and wondering how I got so lucky. Today was easily one of the top ten best days of my life, and that was mostly due to my magnificent man. Just when I begin to think that life can’t possibly get any better, it goes and surprises me again.
The outdoor wedding reception went off without a hitch. The weather was perfect, of course, and the sunset lit up the
