It was different place, it had different problems and it had its different solutions. It had unique way of dealing with things and even barter system was still going on. The villagers grew up and spent their entire life in village eating those dust, berating those dusts particle. Never had they had to worry about their heart or health issues which could be created by dust. They had enough trees which could create enough oxygen which lasts till the end of the village.
