Saturday. Championship day. One of the days I've dreamt about for so long. Coach Shane made everyone meet him at the stadium at least a few hours before our game starts. I would say that this is my first time in a stadium but I would be lying. I know as a kid I spent a lot of my time in a stadium but as an adult, it was my first time.
The Atlanta Falcons were waiting for us out on the field when we entered the stadium. "This is my last day of being your coach." Coach Shane started. "And my team and I just had to congratulate each of you for being here and giving me one hell of a good season with you guys. All of you have the potential to be a football player. Each of you has the heart, love, and strength. And I know any team who gets you to play for them will be lucky."
