The next morning when Amanda woke up to see that Steve was not asleep. She went downstairs after freshening up to see Claudia and August drinking tea while chatting in the drawing room.
She went to her and greeted her, “Good morning Mom.”
Claudia looks at her and greeted back, “Good morning.”
“Good morning Dad.”
“Perfect morning,” he greeted with a smile.
“Um…” Amanda looks at Claudia.
“Do you know where Steve is?”.
“He’s not in his room so early in the morning.”
“Have any of you seen him?”.
Claudia puts down her cup on the table and replies, “He has gone to the office early today. He said he has too much work cause tomorrow he’ll be signing a big deal with a big company so the workload pressure is killing him so he went right after waking up.”
