Lyra’s POV
Every time that I heard Myra cry, it pleased my heart. She deserved everything that happened to her. I mean, she lied her way into Nick’s life and kept on acting like she was the victim. If she wanted to be a victim, then I surely would make her one. I inwardly thought to myself.
I stood in front of Calvin’s door fixing my hair and dress that I wore; I told myself that I would find myself in his life no matter what happens. So here I was making my move. It was three months since he broke up with Myra, and I was waiting for the perfect moment to act upon my feelings.
I hit the doorbell and readied myself for him to come and answer the door.
