They waited there for hours until they were told to wait in a chapel where the body was going to be transferred for its wake for three to four days. The small rectangular chapel had a huge crucifix at the front, where brown folding chairs were arranged neatly in rows facing it. The chairs created a contrast to the white tiled floor, white walls and white ceiling. Marianne and her family, even Rosetta, cried when the coffin was rolled into the chapel.
