Melissa's eyes lingered on the note for a while. She had no idea why but her eyes were slowly starting to get filled with tears. She sniffled, pushing those tears back.
"Focus, Mel. Focus!!"
"He's trying to do all of these to get into your pants."
She heaved a deep sigh, then tossed the card back in between the roses.

The door to Damien's office opened and his eyes glanced towards the entrance. He sees his little girl run in.
"You can't find Betty?"
"I saw Betty. I'm here to give you a final hug before I go." Rumi said, approaching her father.
"Where's she?"
"Oh, She's with Melissa."
Damien frowned, turning sideways, along with his chair to face Rumi.
"You know Melissa?"
"Yes, I just met her. She's my friend. She's very pretty too. I like her.” The little girl grinn
