Piper's Point of View
Last night I took a risk and mind linked Ben right whilst I'd been stood in front of Blake. I was so angry I couldn't be bothered to do a whole show on the phone so that it looked like I was calling my second in command when I was actually just speaking my thoughts out loud.
'Ben, Piper. Are the cops still there with Jess'
'Nah they left hours ago, what's up? Why do you sound so stressed.' His tone of voice rose an octave. If I was stressed he was always a step behind me, ready to match it.
'Logan went in to Morgan's tonight, brandishing a small silver knife. I think he had something to do with Jess's k********g'
'You're sure?' Ben asked me.
'No I'm not f*****g sure, it's more than likely a coincidence but I've just got this feeling.'
