Chapter 18

Once we got to the store we go right to the dresses.

"How about the pink one Carmen?" Sammy asks while holding it up

"For you or Brody?" I question

"Brody of course I wouldn't wear pink" she says with a giggle

"Oh in that case no, cause you know what he will say the whole time he's wearing it" I tell her while shaking my head with a slight smile

"Real men wear pink" we said at the same time.

We looked at so many dresses, there were rows and rows upon them, then we came to this yellow one "how about this one Carmen?" Sammy asks holding it up

"Now there you go!" I say with excitement

It was a yellow dress with sparkles and it kind of fanned out, it had a huge flower at the waist band.

"Its perfect" I tell her

Now we just needed to get her dress, we already got her dad's dress which was pink, we figured not to be too hard on him so pink worked, and we have Brody's beautiful dress.

"Oh! Oh! How about this one!!" She asked excitedly

It was a dress with black ruffles at the bottom of it to under the chest then zebra top on her chest it was perfect

"That's so cute, of course!"

While we were at the check out I see Brody walk into the store but he didn't see us thank god.

"Quick hide, Brody is here"

"Why do we need to hide?"

"Because we don't want him to see his dress just yet it will spoil the surprise!"

We hid and he walked right past us "that was close" I whisper

"Yeah" she sighs out

After we checked out we ran out of the store and got into my car.

"Hey wait!" Sammy yelled

"What?" I question

"Wanna be evil and play a prank on Brody?" She asks while smiling innocently

"Yes totally!" I say excited

We quickly go to my car to set the bags of dresses inside.

"Alright where is my lipstick, the red one?" I question while looking around the seats

"Is this it?" Sammy says holding it up

"Yep thanks!" I reply smiling

"Your welcome" she smiles

"Now lets go!"

We ran to Brody's car and I told her what the plan was

I started uncapping the lipstick and drawing lip marks with it on his windows and door, I then wrote luv u babe on his window, god he is gonna be pissed.

We then ran back to my car laughing our heads off after we had our fun

"So why don't we just stay here and see what happens when he comes out to his car"

"Sounds like a good plan"

We waited 10 minutes until we saw him come out and then we were quiet.

~Brody's POV~

I walk out of the store with the present in my hand for my little sister, I'm walking to my car right as soon as I get there I try and open my door but its locked

Oh yeah I just remembered I locked it, I quickly got my keys out and started unlocking it when I saw lipstick marks on my door, I stepped back and see my whole door is covered in lipstick and my window says luv u babe, thats when I knew....

"Carmen!!!!!!"

~Carmen's POV~

By the time we saw his face we started cracking up, I was crying from laughing so hard

"You know when he gets home he is gonna be soooo mad at you" Sammy says laughing

"I know but it's worth it" I laugh out

We finally decided to drive home but the opposite way Brody was.

When we got to the house we ran up to Sammy's room then locked the door behind us

"Now lets get you ready for this party" I said out of breath

"Yep!" Sammy said out of breath as well

I sat her down by her dresser with a mirror and put some makeup on her, then put her hair in curls, after that I put her dress on her and got her tiara and put it in the perfect place on her head.

By that time Brody came stomping up the stairs and to Sammy's door

"Open it or I'll knock the hinges off it!" he said sternly

"Hmmm.... let me think.... what do u say Sammy, should we let your old bro in?"

"Hmmm good question Carmen, let me think...... no"

"FINE YOU'RE ASKING FOR IT!!!!" He screams

At that point the door slammed in and me and Sammy both had shocked faces

"IM TELLING MOM!" Sammy yells at him

"Whatever, go ahead" Brody said

Sammy ran out the room leaving me with Brody "thanks Sammy leaving me with the monster!"

"Oh so i'm the monster, you're the one that lipsticked my car!"

"True but still" I shrug

At that point Brody sat on the bed with me and lifted me into his lap "you're the monster" Brody whispered in my ear

"I refuse"

"Oh really, so that means I get to do this"

"Do wha-" and at that second Brody's lips were on mine and he wasn't kissing like a mad kiss but a loving and caring kiss

"Gross!" Sammy yelled and me and Brody pulled apart, my face was as red as an apple

"MOM THEY WERE MAKING OUT IN MY ROOM!" Sammy yelled

"Shut up" Brody said

"Ok Brody, we got you something"

"And what is that....?"

I stood up and pulled out the dress from the bag it was in and showed it to him.

"Oh heck to the no"

"Oh heck to the yes" me and Sammy both say

"And look it was even in your size" Sammy says trying not to laugh

"Ugghh really Carmen?"

"Yes really Brody, they made it just for you, now go try it on"

Me and Sammy then pushed Brody in the bathroom with the dress telling him to change.

"Fine" Brody sighs in defeat

When Brody was done changing he came out and we saw how he looked, at that point we were trying to contain our laughter.

"I know I know just laugh I don't care whatever"

"Ok well since you gave us permission to" me and Sammy where then laying on the floor pretty much crying our eyes out laughing so much.
