Kronos was a fast runner. I chased him through the Fifth Avenue filled with sleeping mortals and cars out of action. He finally stopped in front of Empire State Building and turned back to me. He smirked as saying 'come to me if you dare' which I would do anyway, and he struck the ground with his scythe. A crack spread in both directions, circling the Empire State Building. A wall of force shimmered along the fissure line, high up to the sky. He disappeared with a giant pile of golden light.
