Once I manage to pull myself together, I run to the store where Violet works. Fortunately, there are no customers at the moment, it's just Violet behind the counter.
"Hey, w***e, are you busy right now?" I ask, frantic.
"No, we're just opening. I can take my first break now," she answers and yells out that she will take her break before walking out next to me.
We walk to the coffee shop literally next to the store and I buy her a coffee before blurting out absolutely everything that has happened since I decided to rob Alpha Robert's house. Violet listens to me intently and I can see her eyes widen with more and more shock every word I say.
