FALLING STARS episode 5:The Season

The winter finally came and that meant it was time for Christmas , we had so much fun Emma joined me and my brother to celebrate the festival. Mostly Emma paid for the event planning cuz she was crazy rich and I couldn't ask her because I was shy but she decided to anyway.

After new year I and my brothers were at home I was with Jason in the living room while my big brother Luke was in the kitchen all of a sudden we heard a loud crash from the kitchen , Jason and I dashed to the kitchen but the door couldn't open it seem that something was blocking it from the inside and It sure was heavy what scared us was that Luke didn't respond when we called his name we kept banging on the door but it won't budge, I became more afraid when smoke was coming out from the small opening in the door , I couldn't panic I couldn't not when Jason is here , I had to think of a way I called the emergency services, I knew it was a matter of time before they got here so I went to my room I remember that I had some acids in my chemical box I search the box frantically for the acid finally found it I grabbed it and ran back to the door and told Jason to back away I poured the acid on the hinge of the door and it fell , I saw Luke laying motionless on the floor I off the gas cooker in which the smoke was coming from and went to my brother shaking him and calling his name still no response at that time the emergency services came and took my brother to the hospital.

I stayed by my brother's side all through hoping that he wakes up Emma was also there with me . In the hospital we were told that my brother was in a bad condition , he had already been sick . I knew my brother didn't tell us cause he didn't want to worry us looking at my brother sleeping on the hospital bed I felt pained at what he had been going through.

It had been two weeks already and my brother hadn't woken up I had to take care of Jason and that was very hard even with Emma's help it still felt hard.“ bye Emma I'll see tomorrow I have to stop by at the hospital and pick up Jason from school" I said one day after school had ended“okay see tomorrow then"Emma said and left. My brother hadn't still woken up so I went to pick Jason from school.

that night Jason asked if brother Luke was alright I didn't want to worry him so I said that everything would be fine. The next day I was as usual waiting for Emma I was sad thinking about my brother's condition “ what's wrong" I looked up and saw Misuki standing in front of me “Misuki , I didn't think u will approach me again " I said surprised “ why wont I" he asked “ is it about that day don't worry about it honest" he added. “but I have to apologize" I said“ alright then but it's wasn't ur fault anyhow ur forgiven" he smiled.

“i was actually heading to school but when I saw u standing her being sad I knew something was wrong so what's the matter" he asked “oh nothing it's okay I'm fine " I said. he held my shoulder “ u don't seem fine if anything is wrong u can always tell someone a problem shared is a problem solved " he stated . I told him everything and that my brother was in the hospital and had been in a coma for some time now . Misuki actually comforted me and before I knew it we were walking to school and talking. Emma later came to class but she didn't come to me.

During break I I was chatting with Misuki in the cafeteria when Emma came to meet she wasn't happy at all “um Miledy u didn't wait for me like u always did and now u didn't even tell me u went to the cafeteria , it this boy isn't it " she turned to Misuki “ leave my friend alone thief" Misuki felt hurt and I could see it . “Emma stop can't u see ur hurting his feelings" I said . “oh so now ur taking his side " Emma replied. “no Im not taking anyone's side " I responded “ Im sorry I think I should leave " Misuki announced before standing up and leaving. “that right leave friend snatcher" Emma called out after him. she sat down I knew I had to tell Emma about her behavior towards Misuki so during recess I went to confront her “Emma what was that about" I asked“ what was what" she looked at me.“u acted like a total jerk to Misuki" I stated“what that's what he get for trying to take my best friend " she answer“ so what u didn't have to mean about it"I said “ I don't just trust that guy,are u talking his side

now "she asked “no I am not...., wait as a matter of fact maybe I am , Misuki is a sweet and nice person maybe you would no that if u gave him a chance" I said. Emma look stunned by my words “u can just trust a guy u've just met" she stated. we argue for a long time before finally I left. that night I couldn't stop thinking about the whole drama and stuff Emma kept calling me but I refused to talk to her.

The next day I was unsure whether I should wait for Emma or not still contemplating I didn't know when Misuki came until he tapped my shoulder “hey what are u thinking about u didn't even notice when I said hi" he said smiling, I smiled nervously and apologized we both walked to school and talked , we chatted and soon I became fund of Misuki when Emma saw us together it broke her heart she called me over once and ask if I could talk we her alone she told me why I didn't answer her calls any more finally she told me to stop seeing Misuki cuz he's ruining our friendship for some reason I snapped and yelled at her after that we didn't speak again.but I didn't care that much I was having the best time with Misuki.

Then one faithful day I was in the hospital beside my brother when he opened his eyes I was overjoyed and hugged him he hugged me back and asked were he was I told him and that he had been in a coma for some time. Later I went to tell Misuki the news he was glad for me and without a warning he got on one knee and asked if I would be his girlfriend and I saw yes without even thinking.
