Allen’s POV
“Congratulations on your appointment” Alex my work colleague roared as the bottle cap went into the air and the drink spilled on my white blouse.
“You’re lucky work is over you know I can’t work in these clothes” I wasn’t angry knowing that we’re all happy and it would be a bad thing to spoil the mood.
“Come on you don’t have to be strict, this is your day to set loose and do something for yourself. Let the work rest for the remaining days of the week. You deserved this week off after alll your hard work” Alex heaved a deep sigh as he filled the glasses of the team members before mine.
“You and I know that I’ll submit the files on your table tomorrow morning” I chuckled wondering why they would have me relayed for six days that’s more like one hundred and forty-four hours.
“I’ll ask the security men not to allow you into this building until next week Monday” I couldn’t deny the sealed look on his face, I needed no soothsayer to let me know that he insisted on his words.
“Fine I’ll do the work and keep it at home and wait until Monday to submit the files”
“That’s more like it. You worked your ass off so you earned some time off, do something maybe a short vacation.” Alex conceded to my words as he patted my shoulders in affirmation to his words.
“I’ll do as you’ve said. I guess I’ll have time for Richard now and he would be happy to see me spending time with him” Alex’s smile looked a bit awkward mentioning Richard.
‘You both have your differences but that doesn’t include me’
“The elite couple, you both are rich and so successful and it’s time for you both to connect since he’s the owner of his company he can stay with you throughout the weekend” Alex said as I knew Richard would be thrilled not to see me go to work.
“I don’t want too much to drink remember I have an hour drive to my house” I sighed reluctantly.
“You mean your cabin… build an edifice and stop pumping your money into his company, what if this high and mighty love affair comes crashing down?” Alex knew he was overstepping his boundaries hence he stopped as he saw the changed look on my face.
“It’s a future investment and besides I have houses around that I can hold onto if anything happens. I hope for the better” I divulged wearing a smile on my face as I dropped the half-drunk glass cup.
“Have a fruitful week Alex. You’ll see me first on Monday morning” I felt like my presence was needed in this building even after I got close to my BMW mustang.
“Seems I’ll be enjoying this few days in the arms of my man” I chuckled at the thoughts of how he would feel when he sees me and realizes I would be spending the remaining days of the week by his side.
When I got to the house I was so excited that I wanted to surprise him so I walked through the back door and realized that the house looked like someone was inside. I could hear voices, I wondered if someone had broken into the house.
When I got to the living room, staring at a dress on the couch.
“This isn’t my fit, so who’s in this house?”I asked myself as I stared at Richard’s trousers on the stairs. Walking slowly the voices I heard turned to intense moaning sounds coming from our bedroom.
“Fu…..ck Richard, you’re driving me crazy, harder, harder” I felt like a sharp knife was stabbed through my chest continuously.
“Is he actually cheating on me with my sister?” I could tell Fiona’s voice from a mile away.
“That was amazing” Richard heaved a deep sigh as I listened to the slurping sounds, I could tell that his c**k slipped off Fiona’s p***y.
“When will you tell Allen about us? I’m tired of this,”
“She would know soon Fiona, come on don’t worry about that, when she comes back tonight I’ll let her know that you’re heavily pregnant with my son. That would solve our problems”
“I anticipate the look on her face when she finds out that I actually took her man and all her investments in your company belongs to me. she signed it off when we visited the club together and she got drunk” I couldn’t believe my sister would do this to me.
“I have to stop playing the dumb girl in all this cause this must have been going on for a long time but I never knew about it” I said to myself, I stormed into the room afterwards.
“Allen so glad for you to join us”
“Fiona shut it, Richard why would you do this to me after all I’ve done for you? Come on I made you who you are today”
“And you signed off that efforts to your sister right here so she actually made me who I am today and not you. You need to know this, she’s pregame with my child, I guess your womb isn’t functioning cause it’s filled with your pride, your ego and your work” Richard heaved a deep sigh.
“You sit there and say those words to me”
“Come on Allen, you don’t know how to keep your man cause once I gave him the signal he wanted. He took it with both hands and you can only imagine how long we’ve been f*****g to the extent I’m three months pregnant with his seed in me” Fiona chuckled.
“Our wedding is in few months” I roared as I felt like the ground should open up and swallow me with it.
“You mean my wedding, you were never going to get married to Richard, so don’t bother about the wedding. I’ve replaced you in all aspects. I’m better than you Allen, faster than you, smarter than you and better than you in bed” Fiona chuckled as I was about to pounce on Fiona when I was held by two guards.
“Make sure she leaves and never returns” Richard ordered as I was thrown out of my house.
“Is this really happening to me? I want to wish this is a dream and I would open my eyes to Richard the man I love. I can’t let Fiona take my man away, she’s done that countless times not this time. She’s my stepsister and I know her mother would support her. It’s either I have Richard or no one else will”
