WHEN MORGAN RETURNED to the beach house, she was grateful to find that Kathy and Jenny had put Cordelia to bed. Her day on the mainland had worn her out, but she had still beaten the adults at the game they’d played that evening. Morgan hid her smile when Nate complained.
