Vivienne's POV The ride home was a blur of Ronan's engine roaring underneath us. My frayed nerves attacked me from all angles, and I honestly thought I was going to lose it on this damn bike. Ronan on the other hand, didn't seem to be going through any of the stuff happening to me. He didn't say a word as he sped through the night, but I watched his body tense, how his muscles grew rigid under my hands where I clung to him. Every inch of him radiated anger, and in turn, they seeped into my skin, before settling deep inside my blood and letting me know I was in for a lot.
