CHAPTER 11-ROXANNA'S POV

It was in the evening and us Devera girls were going to the party in the woods. I was running in my wolf form beating my sister; Analia and Aubrey. I don't think I mentioned my wolf color-its this white color that has a black spot on the upper part of my body. While running , the gentle breeze hit me-it was so cool and calm. I reached the party and shifted back to my normal form. I look behind me and see Chelsea and the rest of the girls shifting back to normal. Once the shifting process completed, we walked towards the doors of the party. At the door, was this keypad which we had to use to gain access to the party; I typed in the password assigned to us which was none other then 'The Devera Pack' I know its pretty stupid , once the door opened for us -we walked inside the party and there was these red lights with the dance floor occupied by everyone, through the loud music blasting throughout this party-my senses seemed dull. Without a doubt I was confused until Aubrey grabbed my hand and led me to the dance floor. I looked at her and she shrugged.

The song changed to Safari by Serena, the girls in the party went wild. I noticed the rest of us Devera girls dancing so I joined in, we all danced together forming a circle. Other werewolves tried entering our circle but it never happened. Mackenzie mind linked me telling me that there's a protective barrier around us.
[ XAVIER'S POV]
I was at the far corners of the party, watching Roxanna-the Devera pack girls stuck together forming this circle but what was even surprising was the magic I saw around it, it had to be Roxanna doing that without knowing. Now and then I would see guys trying to touch Roxanna. I was furious so I got up and went over to her-I placed my hand on her wrist and took her away from the dance floor. We reached this passage and then I let go of her wrist.

''What the hell do you think you doing?'' I yell at her with frustration evident in my tone. She begins to speak'' partying, how about you?'' I look at her outfit and then speak'' absolutely not! I don't want to see you dancing looking like this!!'' she narrows her eyes at me and speaks '' for your information, there's nothing wrong with my outfit-its just a black jeans with a long sleeve crop top!'' I shake my head and sigh'' you not dancing and that's final!'' she doesn't bother listening to me and walks away-I grab her hand and pull her into me, my hands tighten around her waist and I look into her eyes. '' Please don't go! stay with me , I know what I told you the other night and believe me I'm working on it but please be around me-I need you!'' I looked deeply in her eyes pleading her , instead of responding -she pulls me into a hug , I hug her back tightly and in this moment , I took the opportunity to inhale her beautiful scent.
