I reached school and got out of my car-BMW i8 matte black. I see all these werewolf girls from different packs standing outside and looking at me. From where I was standing I could hear the increase of their heartbeats. Relax nothing's wrong with them , they just admiring me because currently I'm the hottest Alpha in school. I walked up the stairs , not paying any attention to the girls. I entered the school and see all these witch girls coming in my direction. I avoid them by taking a detour which leads me to the other passages in the school -near the vampires lockers. I walk past the locker and grab my books for my 1st class. ''Xavier you got all the girls fired up and then you leave them hanging!''

I recognized that voice, it belonged to none other than my beta-Luca Zachary. I close my locker and turn to face him ''so?!'' I ask him stating the obvious'' bro didn't your mum teach you to never mess with girls feelings?!'' Luca asks me with his green eyes narrowed at me. ''I didn't ask them to develop feelings for me and if they did , that's their problem not mine! I can't handle all these girl crushes , we got a major attack coming up and this time we have to crush them. The Devera pack is going down!'' I tell Luca stating my frustrations, I see the rest of my pack gathering near my locker, I look at Luca whose smiling at me. ''Now that's the Alpha we know!'' Luca tells me with a huge smile on his face.

Not only is Luca my beta but also like a brother to me, our friendship is so close to brotherhood. Without Luca I don't know where I would be and that's why I'm doing everything in my power to help Luca find his mate-he deserves to be happy , his had too many heartbreaks and I've seen it crush him mentally and emotionally. I can't bare to see him like that again.

I was heading towards my class when I see these 4 girls leave the principals office- I could sense they were werewolves and vampires , then this 5th girl leaves the office. I couldn't see her face properly but I could see that she had long platinum blonde hair even though it was tied up in a ponytail. I started becoming restless all of a sudden , I could smell her scent-it smelled like roses and vanilla and her other scent was different. I was picking up a scent of werewolf and vampire but also a witch.

''Mate!'' I said it out loud earning the attention of Luca who was looking in my direction '' what are you still doing here?!go claim her as yours!'' Luca tells me. I rush off in her direction and she enters this classroom, I was about to enter when the teacher steps out looking at me'' Mr. Santiago shouldn't you be in class? you don't take witch magic-the subject the teacher was teaching!'' ''I'm aware of that!'' after the teacher refused to let me in her class- I punched the wall , leaving me with bleeding fists-f*ck this s**t!! I couldn't even be with my freakin mate -this is absurd. I walk off to my next class , sulking all the way because I couldn't get to see my mate.
