Chapter 20

Shelly POV

I park my HONDA in the driveway of my aunt mansion. Listening the sound of car engine my cousin Dolly came running towards me and take Shaina from me.

"Hey cutiepie....do you miss your sweet Nd lovely aunt"she asked in baby voice to Shaina. I smiled at her.

"Michhhh you aunt Dolly "Shaina says in her baby voice.

We came to living room. There sat my other cousin Yash.

He see me and came forward and hug me so tightly.

"Can't breath..."I said while patting his back.

"Oh sorry.....I miss you so much shellllll....."he said in a sequeling sound.

Yeah he call me shell.

"Really I miss you too little brother so how was your college " I asked.

"Hey don't call me that and College is good and now I'm free"he said.

"Oh really....then who's he that said 'dad I will not disappoint you I will join office from tomorrow '."my aunt said while coming into living area and sat down on the sofa. Uncle James also came behind her.

"Please mom don't embraced me in front of Shell"he said in a whined.

We all laughed at him.

Well their is a story. When he is eight years old and I was fourteen then I came to their house for summer vacation. Then he had a crush on me. He says "why are you my sister ...no you are not my sister...I want you to be my girlfriend ".

Well he said in front of all the family members and everyone laughed at him. So he loves me very much only in brotherly way.

"So Shell how's work going " my uncle James asked me.

"Work is going great"

"Well congrats for your promotion "he said.

I work in my uncle company as a intern for two months. Then he likes my work and appoint me as project manager. Then I got promoted last week for great deal and customer satisfaction. They all like my work very well.so I got promoted to head of the project management department. So yeah ...I got really good salary.

"Really ....you didn't tell us"my aunt Rita asked with a glared. She's like a mother to me.

"I was going to tell you all".

"Yeah yeah....only my Shaina loves me she tell me everything...right baby"aunt says while looking at Shaina who sat next to aunt. She loves her grandma very much.

"Oh come on aunt you know I love you" I said.

Then their is dinner is done and everyone goes to their rooms. I also go to guest room and sleeps off while Shaina also sleeps with me.

Morning came fast I got up and do my morning routine. Then i come to living ares. Shaina is already up and playing with Yash and Dolly. Whenever I came here she doesn't know that she had a mother. She abandoned me absolutely. Only comes to me when I call. She is so playful.

Then having our breakfast I got up and take Shaina with me. I got her ready in her baby blue princess dress that she likes the most. After she done then she told me that she goes to grandma house.

Then I wore my black skinny jeans and pair it with my blue top that is sleeveless. It fits me really well. I look like a school girl in this. I throw my hair in a messy bun and wore some gold loops. Then I match this with white sneakers.i all set to go.

Then my start to rang it shows the name and smile at it.

"Hey babe when are coming "Clair said on the other side of the phone.

"Hello to you...I just got ready and it's just only eleven not the time of lunch...so I have time to come" I replied.

"Hey hey what do you mean you have time you come here right now...I have something important to tell you and mom also said that you will come early to help her out"she said.

"Ohk wait I will come in fifteen minutes.....is that okay."I asked.

"Yeah come fast bye love you babe" and she cut the phone without waiting for my reply.

I put my phone on my pocket and goes down to the living area. Everyone is gathered their.

"Aunt when we are going to Brown's house"i asked my aunt.

"There is some time left to go their...why you asked?" She said.

"Nothing just Clair asked me to come right now so I will go and take Shaina with me"i tell her.

"No mommy I watt to goo with grandma "my daughter replied instantly and hug and grandma tightly.

Aunt smiled at her. "Okay baby.....Shelly you go she can come with us".

"OK....come fast...bye"i say and head towards the brown's family house.

Their house is so beautiful well you can call it a mansion painted in off white with large swimming pool and large garden. I enter the door and greeted by Mrs. Brown.

"Oh Shelly finally you came I was waiting for you...I thought you would come with Roy's...but I'm glad you came earlier....and where is Shaina " she start to blabbering nonstop. That's her she says everything in one go.

"Yeah Mrs brown I came I thought I would help you out in anything and Shaina will come with aunt Rita." I told her and she dragged to living area by holding my hand tightly. She is so friendly. Literally.

Then Mr.brown call her and she told me sit here that she'll come in a minute. I nodded my head and smiled at her. I pick up a magazine and start to read it. I start to thing why Clair asked me to come if she didn't here. I thought to go to her room. When I going to put magazine down it snatched away from my hand. I looked up and meet with a guy with black eyes and blonde hair with height of 6 feet .

I got up and he's towering on me well I'm only 5'2 so don't mind me.

"Hey beautiful...."he said.
