chapter 16

Shelly pov.

I got up early today because I have some very important work to do. Getting up I go to bathroom and get ready.

Veer's parents are home so I leave Shaina with them and go to do my work. I have my meeting with my company for I do my online job.

Everything is done and then I go back to home. When I arrived home I noticed their are my parents and also Dheer and Molly.

I say hello to them and go to my room and got changed. Leaving my bedroom I go to the living room where is everyone is present.

Talking to them I feel very light hearted. This is family. But I know it's not my family. They just only want to see what the want not finding the truth behind anything that are going on in front of their eyes.

I got up and go to the kitchen to make dinner for everyone. Monly is also come after some time.

"So everything is going between you two"she started to asking me about Veer and I relationship.

"Well....I can't say right now what you will know".

"Shelly it's been a long time to happened for that thing....now Veer is changed and he will not do anything ok....he loves you."

I just want to laugh at her like how easily for her to say that bUT I know what I have to do.

"Dinner is gonna be ready in just some time why don't you go and see if Veer is come from the office or not". I asked her.

Nodding her head she left the kitchen.

After some time.

"You didn't tell me that your parents are coming over" I startled when I hear the voice of Veer.

He stand on the doorway of kitchen.

"Oh...you scared me.....yeah they came...why "I asked him.

"No I just want to know so I will come early from the office I you tell me" he says coming over to me.

He hugged me from behind.

"So what's for tonight dinner"

Am going to reply then my mother in law came to kitchen.

"Veer go freshan up and go talk to your father in law" my mother in law said to him. He left from their after giving me a peck on my forehead.

Everyone is sitting in the living room.

"Dinner is ready please come to the dining area said while arranging the plates in the dining table.

Molly helped me to bring all the dishes to the table. We are sat down and start to eat dinner.

After dinner they all goes to the living area and sat their while talking. I also go to kitchen and clean all the dishes.

After doing my work I go to my bedroom and their I collect the all document I needed and some other things that I need. I am going to make a very important decision of my life. I just gave myself some pep talk to boost my confidence and not to fLl in any other people talks.

Leaving my room I go to living room where is everyone is sitting . I go straight to my in laws and hand them some papers and photos and told them to read them.

Everyone's goes to quite then I go to Veer and hand him the papers.

"What is this"he asked.

I don't sat anything. He start to read then stood up.

"Divorce papers" he whispered and look at me with shock all over on his face..
