CAROUSEL SWINGS Swans? On such a dreary day? Sometimes it’s dragons, which go better with the wisps of poisonous mist rolling among the prefabs. But those were swans bobbing up and down thanks to the hydraulics of the carousel swings. The air looks so thick, that even the silver piston rods pumping out of their hydraulic cylinders don’t shine with their chromed steel finish, but remain matte grey, like extinguished fluorescent lights.
