Momma Anna’s eyes swept over the group as everyone dug into breakfast, a sly smile tugging at her lips. “Well, well… looks like some boys aren’t as sneaky as they think,” she teased, nodding toward Will, Trey, and Elijah as she glanced at the girls. “Those marks… y’all aren’t hiding much, are you?” The boys froze for a split second, cheeks reddening slightly before shrugging, trying to play it cool. Rae just sipped her coffee, smirking at the scene, while Del rolled her eyes dramatically, pouting. “I don’t wanna leave here soon,” Del grumbled, poking at her eggs with a fork. “I could stay forever.” Momma Anna wagged a finger, playful but firm. “At least I know when y’all are here. And Rae,” she added, eyes narrowing as she looked Rae up and down, “you’re finally eating like you should.
