“You didn’t pay for a bigger one. Those all have names like the giant burger, mama burger, and triple-decker.” “But this is little,” Camilla insisted. The woman sighed, struggling for patience. “Do you want to order another burger?” “Uh huh. I want a bigger one.” “How big? Giant, mama or triple?” Camilla stared at the woman as though she’d spoken a rare Martian dialect. She didn’t understand what she meant. She simply wanted the burger she always had. It was bigger than this one, with cheese and pickles and onions. “This size,” she said, helpfully making her fingers into a circle. “That looks like a mama.” She called back to the cook. “I need a mama burger with cheese.” She gave Camilla another number. Camilla waited. She could hear her stomach grumble. She hoped they got it right
