He steps away from the doorway and strides towards her and the only thing she can see of him are his feet clad in black and gold shoes. He stops in front of her and she waits, swallowing hard against the nerves swarming her stomach. "You." He says, his deep voice reverberating through her bones. "You are the human that was brought in earlier." He says. Her eyes widen to find that he remembers her. She had wondered if he would, and then had immediately discarded the thought. Because why would the King of an entire realm deign to remember an insignificant human? She is more than pleased to find that he does, though she chastises herself against such frivolous thoughts. "Yes, Your Majesty." She says. "You may rise." He says and she lets out a breath as she straightens. "Leave us." He says
